Maple Burl with a Hamon

This is knife #15 for me!!

This one had been differentially heat treated by Peter's Heat Treat.

OAL-8 7/8''
Blade - 3 1/2''
Handle - 4 3/4''

Finished to 1000 grit then etched for Hamon, then polished with 0000 steel wool.
Nickel/Silver pins are holding the stabilized and dyed(red) maple burl scales on.

The pics don't show the Hamon too well, I was having a problem with lighting.
