My first knife from scratch [with better pictures]
First i thought the idea of making a weddinggift was a good.
After a while I realized the time could be a issue. 1.5 week for my first knife incl. the blade.
And then it had to be so good that it should suit as a wedding gift.
BUT It worked out great, Im very happy with it. I found a good company that could anneal the blade over the weekend. I made the handle a little bit harder to make for my self but it turn out good enough. The stainless steel was a pain to grind.
Next week a get my milling machine that a bought so I think it shoud be easier next time. 2thumbs
Sorry for the crappy picture. I will try to get better ones before the wedding.
