Here is my first attempt at knife making. I not sure how to classify them (Skinner?) I made them from a truck leaf spring I was given. The Ivory handle was made from some type of tusk ( in Pieces) I was given by my neighbor. She found it in her Grandparent's garage after they passed. She was going to throw it out but thought I might want it for a project
. The tusk is about 4" in dia. Have several pounds of it. I don't think it's elephant as there is hollow areas in some of it? Thanks for looking!
