These are the last few knives of the year. I have made every deadline since I have been making knives but have to admit that I finally fell short this year. This order fell past the delivery date but thanks to the patience and understanding of the customer he was okay with it. Here are 3 knives that despite the tight deadline wouldn't leave the shop unless the quality passed my standards. All three knives are made from A2 tool steel and heat treated and cryo'd down to 59 rc. The handles on the skinner/capers are from redwood burl and the hunter skinner handle is from, you guessed it , mesquite burl.
