Need help with Even Heat Oven Not Wanting to Start

I have an 120V Even Heat oven that will not start.. I have saw posts in the past that sent the poster to the thermo couple but of course I cant seem to find them now so I was hoping to get some in put/ help as where to start.. The oven turns on fine but when I press run to start it thru its cycle it displays the flat lines (----) as if it is going to start the chosen program but nothing happens. I unplugged it and checked the fuse in the back which is OK. Any one have any advice, ideas, and help they can offer?

After pressing start, and getting the ----, go back and press enter, then it will go. They are rigged that way in case you decide to change something. Sort of a final chance to be sure of your set up.
