Merry Christmas to me!! After 14 years of having to clean the knife shop up really good to make sheaths, I now have a proper leather shop. Its like a small house! Nice and insulated. Its toasty warm right now. And will be cool in the summer. Highlights include a nice long tooling bench with , lightbox, glueing and dyeing station, large tooling stone, and construction area. My two sewing machines. And my Cobra electric splitter. And my favorite, a 3 foot by 8 foot cutting table. nice big lofts for storage. I have been doing a lot of sheathwork recently, so this will help out bigtime!
The specialized shop will be a plus to your productivity. You will
Not regret having insulated work place and some control of your environment. I suspect that leather is somewhat sensitive to humidity. Thanks for sharing. Dan
