Norris, Eggerling and Pearl

Just finished this little folder for Atlanta. Probably ythe last one that will get done in time for shipping.
The blade is Mike Norris stainless damascus, the bolsters are Mr Eggerlings stainless damascus, the liners are .040 ti and the slabs are Mother of Pearl with gold plated screws. The "catch with your thumb to open the blade thingy" is 14K gold. This knife is 4 1/2" openand just a hair under 2 3/4" long closed.
Working with a liner lock at this size was quite a challenge but I really like the final product.
Your comments are greatly appreciated.
See you at Blade table 23E
Thanks
Steve

The nail nick is actually a piece of gold wire. I drilled two holes .059 (I think thats what they were) and then inserted a .060 piece of gold wire. It took a bit of pounding but it fit real snug once it was in. Then I sanded, very carefully , off the backs until just a nubbin was sticking out and used the dremel to polish both the bar of gold and the nubbins. Quite simple to do, fairly hard to explain.
Thanks for the comments.
