My wondeful wife asked me if I would make her some new kitchen knives and of coarse I said yes,the first one done was this pairing knife,I took my saber tooth caper desighn and tweaked it a little.Distal taper full flat grind nice and thin with a slight tang taper.01 tool steel with a satin finish.Lava flo krinite with black and gray G10 linners and stainless pins.

Thats right, Now you have to make sure she is always happy! :what!: Just joking with ya! I've made several for my wife and she loves them and it doesn't hurt with sales when the wife loves your work and express's it to others.

I also suggest now it good time to start using stainless steel. :3: 440C works great for Culinary knives. Easy to find, cheap & get HTed or do it yourself if you have an oven etc.. It only takes one time of them to leave it in the sink wet with food on it overnight to mess it up. Last, when you find one of the knives you have made for her wet in the sink, don't yell at her.
