This is the nessmuk that I love best. It is made from luthiery grade striped maple that we use for tops in guitars, violins and basses. I think it is a great workhorse or a great utility knife.
It is a great cutter can do a lot of task, from food processing to camp activities in a flash.And theyr contoured handles are really fitting like a glove in the hand.
It sports a 120mm (4.7″) 3mm (.118″) D2 carbon steel tempered for high resistance in cutting rather than stain resistance. Scandi to zero grind. Handles are in this gorgeous Slovenian Striped Maple(it looks like 3D!) and are about 110mm (4.3″) with sturdy brass Corby bolts and red spacers.
