Something I've been experimenting with for a while, thought I'd see what the pack thinks of it... It's not meant as a substitute for other more conventional materials, but it works quite well. The composite materials have some interesting properties as a whole and when done right, are more durable than you might think. Of course, you have to be careful with exposure to high temperatures and direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
Craft foam, duct tape, Gorilla tape and a brass reinforced tip
