I recently finished this large fighting knife hand forged from Aldo's 1095, clay coat and quenched to achieve a hamon. The guard is antiqued copper with my own take on a clam shell guard. The handle is laminated with curly maple, walnut, and leather spacers. The sheath is made 9 oz leather, stitched with artificial sinew, and an inlay of 26 guage fold formed copper sheet that has been antiqued as well. If you have any questions feel free to PM me.

That is one cool looking fighter.

I really love the way you put the handle and guard together and the drop in the rear of the handle and that curve in the spine screams that it wants to go slay some evil one!
