I'll second the Flogging Molly. My playlist for the shop also includes Dropkick Murphy's, Tyr, Within Temptation, Gaelic Storm, The Pogues, anything bagpipes, belly dance music (great for forging), Great Big Sea, and the like.

Some great ones ( and quite a few I'll have to check out) already listed. If you don't have any Kevin Fowler you really ought to give him a try. I would also recommend a couple of other Texas artists, Carolyn Wonderland and The Mother Truckers.
