Just getting started up, we are building some very high quality rolling mills right out of Friendswood, Texas. Below are pictures of one of our machines as well as a picture of a .5” piece of steel that our machine rolled down to .1830”
The specs are as follows:
42” tall
38.5” wide and long
220 Volt/ 1.5 HP Motor
1,800 RPM
60/1 Gear Ratio
2 1/4” Rollers
Start at 5/8” roll down to as thin as you want
310 lbs
