Schrade LB7 repair question

Don't know if this is the right forum but anyway.

I disassembled a LB7 (older serial numbered one) and the blade pivot hole is worn so the blade moves up and down a bit when open and locked.

Does anyone know what the best way to fix this would be?

I thought about boring it out to the next size and pin it or maybe finding a bearing sleeve for it like the newer LB7s used.
