Screw size?

I want to use screws to attach Damascus bolsters to a fixed blade knife. What size are you guys using:les:?

For me it depends on the size of the knife. For small knives I use 0-80, Med knives I use 1-72 and larger knives 2-56. If it's a big chopper 4-40.
