Myself I like the profiles of #s 2 & 3 the best.
In my opinion the textured bolsters really add a lot to the look of these.

Just for those who were wondering what the term "biltong" refers to, at the last 2 knives. I think it is what is referred to as "Jerky" in the US. Biltong is a South African favorite!!
My biltong knife is gripped as you would do for the 3rd knife (HUN04). The biltong is then cut towards you, with your thumb pushing it into the blade......Hope that makes any sense
