Stainless steel etchant

So I need to get some SS etchant to mark my blades. Boss has 2 for SS only SC35 and E600 there is really no description as to which one is better for this or that. Anyone have a suggestion, I am going to be marking AEB-L. The SC35 is a few bucks cheaper than the E600 but I want the best etchant for my application!
