Tracy just wanted to say thanks for the awsome products and custmer care you and your team provide.I hate it when your out of stock on something and I have to go elsewhere.For instance kirinite,I needed some that you were out of stock on and had to go to a different vendor,and was not happy .Your scales are 6 inches and everyone else has a 10 inch or two 5s and they gouge you on shipping.Not the way the Boss does buisness ! Thanks Boss

thanks, we all here appreciate that.
I hate outs more than anyone but it can't be avoided.
We are over 7,000 SKU's now and it is impossible to keep them all in so we constantly work through them and get them back in as soon as we can.

on a tangent, our 2nd edition catalog is nearly through first pass in composition/proofing and we will end up around 210 pages compared to our first catalog of 108 pages.
Our plan is to have hard copies available at the Blade show.

Tracy - I know those "hard copy" catalogs are expensive and it's just so easy to hop on-line to look over stock.... BUT - catalogs are fun to look thru while sitting "on the throne" taking care of business {grinning}.
