I was wondering if it could be used on antler and bone? I’ve done a search and found several threads pertaining to wood, but, nothing on bone and antler. They have numerous colors and would be quite interesting if it works. Thanks in advance for any opinions.
 
Great question. I use trans tint on wood but I haven’t tried it on bone or antler. I’ll wait to hear what someone knowledgeable says, but I suspect it would work great. That stuff is thinner than leather dye. I would think bone or antler would suck it right up. After all, I use it on stabilized wood (after shaping and sanding) with great results.
