W-2 fighter

I got some of the large round W-2 from Don Hanson III and used it for this knife.
7 1/2" blade 12 1/4" OAL
416 stainless fittings
dyed and stabilized burl maple.

I stopped by Mike's place this week with my brother in-law, Frank, and Mike rolled out the welcome mat and gave us the royal treatment.
Beautiful shop in the woods, quiet, private and mighty clean too. Well thought out and squared away shop.
Mike showed us some of his current projects, explained things to us, and was a great host.
His photos don't do his knives justice.
Frank told my sister, "he (Mike) doesn't make knives, he makes art."
