The design is from a friend. Piw From france balisong. He wanted to see his scheme come to life
. I worked on the project.
Niolox blade and titanium handle.
I marked and cut the blade
Band saw work
I marked and draw the handle
Band saw work.
It's cut
I make some grind with the dremel
I shaped the blade
It's begin to seem something not bad.
Some clamp and go
Not bad.
I punched
I centered the hole.
3,3mm hole
Counterbored the hole.
3,8mm hole, and reamed to 4mm
120 grit to clean
It something like that.
I draw the center.
I grind with 60 grit ceramic belt.
The grind is not so easy to do, it's the first time
It's better i begin to have the "hand".
WIth fine grit it's better.
The idea is here.
