So I bought a Work Sharp Elite sharpening system. I debated it but decided to go for it. I really like it so far. I took it upstairs and put it in the Kitchen and sharpened EVERYTHING!! LOL!! Only thing I'm regretting is not thinking about belt size it's 1x18 so obviously a strange size. There is a guy I found Curry Custom that does do a lot with these. He also sells wheels to modify a 1x30 into a sharpening monster! Will see in the meantime I do like the small footprint and portability of the Elite??

The Elite is the Ken Onion with a small belt grinder attachment added to the package. You can swap out the standard KO attachment for the belt style.
