Looks very nice. I love a good Santoku knife. Of course, I've yet to purchase any custom kitchen cutlery. All of my kitchen blades are Henkel.

I worked in a professional kitchen for several years, and still do some catering. I have an off brand Santoku I bought in Okinawa years ago, plain carbon blade, nothing fancy, but man its a cutter!

I really like the blade design, Im making one for a Christmas present, (waiting on it to get back from HT) hope it turns out as nice as yours!
