hey guys and gals just finished this bowie all but the end cap ! thought you'd like to see it. Its 17 1/4" overall long the blade is 10 1/2" long 1.53 wide and .233 thick. 60 layers of 1095,15n20,pure nickel,it is hollow ground on the top half and flat ground for the bottom half the guard is damascus and the handle is bone bocote then horn ,Whats you think ??? i might give it to Darci's basketball coach just for yelling at her so well,he gets away with it and I can't HA HA HA ,he said he would love to have a big bowie ,i think we can call this a big bowie,but i need the money so maybe sell this one and make him another not sure yet.

Clint,

Is your Maker's Mark one part or two? I don't think I've seen the white halo around one before. Can you please tell us how you do that? It really makes it stand out on the Damascus.

rock i put my mark on then put the wifes finger nail polish over my mark then dip in FC then remove the finger nail polish
 
I love the knife, great looking damascus.

I'll be using your finger nail polish trick for sure. Thank you.
