Just saw on another forum that Adam and Haley DesRosiers lost their new knife shop to fire today. Apparently quenching a part and the oil flashed. All tools lost as well as their two dogs who were sleeping in the shop. They are physically ok and are planning on rebuilding but not sure how...
1. Be more active on this forum.
2. Work on website and increase my web presence.
3. Make more folders.
4. Push myself to make a couple of knives that I think are way beyond my abilities right now.
It's the time of year when we spend time with family and friends celebrating the Holidays. A quick glance at my post count shows I spend more time reading than writing here but regardless, I have made many friends and consider all here my extended family. I would like to take this opportunity...
Kevin, you, Konstantine and Jim all did incredibly on these knives to bring them to us. But I have to say, having handled these knives at the New York show, the artistry really "POPS" when you have the time to not only the look but also feel these knives. They are truly exquisite.

#19 No matter how many lights you have in your shop, you can see the scratches better at the knife show.
