Does any one have a ready-made source for 1x4, 1x3, 1x2 contact wheels?

Gents and ladies, I'm looking for some help sourcing ivory scales large enough for a straight razor, they need to be 1.25x.125x6.25 to fit my project. If you have a source for elephant, walrus, hippopotamus or mammoth, I'd appreciate a heads up. Thank you.

By no means an electrician, but that looks like a severe short, maybe from an overload/spike.
