For "hand forged" blades=1095 Carbon Steel, and for "production" blades=ATS-34. Both steels hold a good edge and are easily resharpened when needed.

Any type of black, dark brown, or dyed hardwood such as Walnut or Maple, and sometimes they used Buffalo Horn. The handles did not have any decoration...just the two large brass rivots. The knife is looking very good.

Got a question...is there anyway to "lock" down the color theme once you have chosen one at the bottom of your Profile page, or do you just have to "redo" it everytime you log on?
