That is my hand forged "Mountain Man Butcher Knife" w/ an eight inch, 1095 carbon steel blade (3/16" thick), and a Tiger Maple handle. I had it made for me by my buddy Matt Lesniewski of ML Knives. Matt has made four or five knives of different types for me...all of which are in the photo. Glad you like it, as it's one of my favorites.
