33ton log splitter converted to hydraulic press for Damascus

Does the ram move fast enuff? All of the other presses I have seen move somewhat fast. Most log splitters move slow. Do u have to compensate for that on your heat temps?

Yes, I make lots of Damascus on this setup. No modifications to pump/cymilder were done

There's one bolt holding each piece on. This video I took shows it fairly well. The little guide pieces I talk about are not being used anymore, so it's as simple as it can be
