Here are a few I have been working on for our friends at Butcher and Baker. These are from the limited edition Nose to tail series. These will be available for delivery over on there web site very soon!
Specks. The Suji/slicer is a 270mm tip to heel Actual cutting edge is over 270mm @.5mm at the spine above the heel. and a approx 16" oal
The blades are 1080 and 15n20 firestorm damascus with some of the finest buckeye burl I have ever used!
The spine and coil area are rounded for comfort in use. T
