This serpintine jack knife is just like my last one except this one has gold lip pearl scales and a bronze bushing and bronze anti scratch washers.
Questions,comments and constructive criticsism are welcome.

Very nice work, Calvin, I'm still practicing on cheap Home Depot steel, but making progress. I hope to be to a point in a couple weeks to start my first real folder.

Thats looks great. I prefer folders myself, but gotta get a few fixed blades under my belt before I attempt to even tackle one.

Dan,
Instead of milling out a relief in the inside of the liners to prevent radial scratches on the tang of the knife as it is opend and closed I made and use bronze washers as spacers to perform this same function. I have to grind my spring thicker than my blade to make this work,the blade is .075" thick,the spring is .095" thick and the washers are .010" thick each.
