I'm not sure if this is were this post belongs, so mods feel free to move if need be.

But if you happen to be in or around the san antonio tx area you might wanna take a gander at this.

1st All Day Knifemaking Class Extravaganza



Hosted at the shop of James Helm of Helm Enterprises.

It's going to be an all day affair as participants will forge their very own custom knives in one day.

For the beginner and experienced alike.



Class will begin at 8 a.m. and run until 10 p.m.



Bring snacks - 1 meal and drinks will be provided



Cost of the class :$200.00 (all forging materials will be provided)

Space is limited so please reserve your spot.

Payments will be due on 1-11-2014

Your instructors for the class will be :

James Helm (rainyraven/Stormcrow)

Tobin Nieto (rustyboy)

Josh Kaback ( apprentice bladesmith)

Sounds great. Followed the link and couldn't find a date for the class, only the payment date. Maybe I'm just missing it. Has a date been set?
 
I had the same issue but I think it is probably the day the money is due since Jan. 11 is a Saturday.

sorry guys. I came down with the flu unexpectedly and finally got back online.

the class will be Feb 1st.

If your interested shoot me an email to reserve a spot. I'll send out the address and other pertinent info as we get closer to the class.
