Here is a set I just finished up for a returning soldier, both in forge finished and "antiqued" steel and Sambar Stag.
The knife is one of my Seguine Skinner models with a 52100 blade and file worked thumb rest. The fullered oval guard and threaded pommel are wrought iron. The spacer is fullred/"antiqued" low carbon steel and the handle is Sambar Stag.
The axe is one of my Pac-Axe II models in 5160 spring steel with Sambar Stag scales and set with peined and etched low carbon steel pins.
