Are you sure it's not #25? If it's a Canadian Little Giant hammer they are usually referred to via the head weight..... 25lb, 50lb, etc.

Measure the head and calculate volume in cubic inches, then multiply by 0.3
that should give the weight in pounds, how close is that to twenty five, fifty and so on.
