Carbon fiber knife

I was fooling around a couple months ago after seeing a carbon fiber knife at a show and decided to give it a try. Tried a couple, not the greatest but it was fun.

The first time I used carbon fiber I was so surprised at how soft it was to grind. Kind of like butter compared to micarta.

You are right, it does cut pretty easy. This stuff was a little tougher being aerospace material. I always itch after working with it (short sleeves), hate that. Gotta wear a respirator for sure.

I wish I was smart enough to put on long sleeves when ever I grind it.
