Please let me know what you think. I took some pics while waiting on sheaths to dry that is why one doesn't have an edge. The first one is 1084 with Red Heart, 9" oal 4.5" cuts stuff. .170 thick, Hollow grind.
The second one is a knife that I made while taking Ken Wolfe's knife class. It is 9" of Saw blade material with a 4" blade and Cocobolo wood handle. Ken is a member here and is a great steward of the knife community. He is a very nice, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I learned a bunch from him, particularly the little tricks that come with experience that only time in the shop can deliver. Its nice to have someone with 25+ years of experience ready to step in and fix my messes too.:20: It is a flat/convex grind (my first) and I made the sheath. Thanks for looking.
