Cohea Dag

I had a lot of leather work done by John M. Cohea over the last couple months and I am really pleased with it. I asked John how much I owed him and he said he'd much rather have a knife or a hawk that I'd made for payment. Since cash is pretty tight I went along with his suggestion. After he mentioned forge finish I went to town. Here's the result. 13 1/4" blade forged from a new leaf spring, ebony handle, iron wagon wheel guard, spacer and butt cap from wrought iron wagon wheel. 19 3/8" overall. Another one of those design as I go projects. :D

That is awesome. Love the finish, on the blade and on the fittings. Flows very well.

Ray, like I said before that is an awesome dagger, John will be very happy with it. Johns sheaths look real good too.

Can't wait to see the sheath John makes for that beautiful work of art. Outstanding work by both y'all. Ray your knives look excellent in John's leather.

Richards & Cohea ...wow ! There is a combination that would be the staple in my collection.

Two craftsman that can create work that compliments each other , nice work guys.

Wow, that may be the best looking dagger Ive seen, seriously... Really hits on my tastes. I love that forged look, really amazing.
