HHH Knives, Damascus Gyuto style chef knife.

Heres one we just finished up. Its a beautiful rain drop pattern damascus blade with matching bolsters and rosewood burl handles!

OAL 347mm or 13 5/8"
blade is 228mm or aprox 9"
heel height is 49mm, 1 7/8"
spine is 2.6mm thick above the heel tapering to tip.
Handle is Rosewood Burl with mosaic pins.
