Dami Chef knife

Damascus Prep Knife/chef knife.

Heres one I just finished up..

OAL 11" Blade 6"
Damascus, Tsunami Pattern forged by Randy Jr.
Handle, Arizona desert ironwood burl. stainless fasteners.

OK so this knife was not in the original plan.. Randy Jr. forged it for another project. After surface grinding, It was to thin for the intended project. The pattern looks awesome! So I figure it was destine to be a KILLER looking kitchen knife!

Wow Randy!! That is a real beauty. The damascus is dynamite and that DI burl looks amazing. Any chef or cook would go nuts for that knife.

Dan, The blade is .118 (thats just under 1/8 inch) thick. Measured just in front at the handle tapering to the tip. its a flat grind to the spine.

Kelly, I tell ya what. These scales are very well traveled! These have been bought at Blade 2009 to Doug, he then traded to me, , then I traded them to my buddy Mike, then he traded them back to me .. lol..

One thing for sure!!! These may be the most awesome set of ironwood on the planet!!!! :s11041:
