Evenheat oven problem

I was programing my Evenheat yesterday, to do some D2, and the Set Pro controller won't go above 1800 degrees. I have used it on 440C, set at 1880 before, so I went to that program and it too was at 1800 instead of 1880. The last time I done any 440C, it was fine. Has anyone ever had this kind of problem? And was there an easy fix? If not I will contact Evenheat on Monday for help, but I thought there may be some simple fix that some of you Dogs may know about.

Sounds like your controller needs a reset or a reprogram for a higher max temp. Evenheat should be able to help you out over the phone. Weird that it just changed like that.

I've heard of this before. Call Evenheat and ask for a technician. They can give you reprogramming steps over the phone to remove the max temp restriction. Some times they just forget what they have been programmed to do and go back to an old default program.
