Fancy Scalpel

Just finished this one for a local medical student, probably won't see many of these at the local hospital. It is, of course, fully functional and frighteningly sharp.

The steel is a mix of 1095, 15n20 & W1 about 1/16" thick, 4 1/2" overall with a 1 1/8" cutting edge. The scales are MOP with stainless steel pins.

Very nice looking piece you have here. That would be one heck of a presentation piece for as surgeon's office.
