Steady pressure and good chip curl. Titanium is not trivial to drill if you do it wrong.
Sharp bit, drilling lube, steady pressure, clear the hole frequently, cool the material or allow the material (the Ti) to cool using lube or compressed air.
Slow down the drill speed and add a bit more pressure if you are burning or flaking chips. One of the biggest problems in drilling Ti is too light of pressure and heating up the Ti to the point where it seizes the drill bit snapping it off or sending your part on a helicopter ride...

Balisong tip #431: it's not recommended you practice on the cheap one with loose pins.
