Would you say 800 grit , would be high enough for a mirror finish after buffing?
I'm at 800 grit and was wanting to know if i should go higher grit,1000, 1200. 1500,or where do you stop.

i go to 2000 grit, and buff away..

I like to take mine to 600 grit on the belt, then hand sand 800,1000,1500and stop at 2000.I don't have a buffer but get a real nice semi-mirror finish.
