Hello Again. I am new and after getting signed up didnt come around for some reason. (I think it was the new motorcycle) now I am back. I have been apprentacing by a Good Friend Bruce Bump (Try to life up to that one ha ha) for a while now and am in the process of upgrading from my old Craftsman 2 X 42 to making my own 2 X 72 (Purchased the plans from USA Knifemakers now need to get it built with a lot of help) I looked into the Garage the other day and WOW is it a mess. I also found a LOT of knifes I need to finish quite a few already heat treated.
here is a pic of the first one I made
It was forged from a Ball Bearing. and heat treated by me with a lot of guidance on the making of the entire thing. This one is after a couple of bad starts.
and here is one of the last ones. This one was made by me from ATS-34 In my Garage. Heat Treated by Paul Bos.
I cant figure out why the next one is always my favorite one.
I hope to be around a little more frequently this time.
