home made etcher ?

Anyone build an etcher with the Chris Crawford tutorial, my question is this the transformer it calls for is radio shack# 273-1512 it is 25.2v 2 amp, I have a radio shack #273-1511 12.6v ac 3 amp will this work.

Bama,
I built one and used a transformer that'll switch between 10v and 20v. You should be fine with the 12.6v

Probably better off with it actually due to less heat (burns up stencils)

It may take some experimentation to get it right but it should work fine. I havent got mine down to a science yet but it's operator error and not the machine's fault, LOL.

Thanks I think i will give it a try they only cost about $10 I dont see much that could go wrong.
