Dont mean to burden you guys with this, but I'm quite pleased with the end results of this knife build. It isnt perfect, but it performs very well. Homemade micarta, my first attempt...not really pleased with it, but it will do. I had never used corbys before either but I am sure I will be using them again. I cuts well and feels good in the hand even in reverse grip.

Funny thing is, the t-shirt was olive drab. It came out darker than I expected. I guess as with all things, you live and you learn.

I really like that knife design. Great job. I too have a problem with my homemade mycarta. Sometimes it turns out awesome, sometimes not so much. Just makes me scratch my head and go "Hmmm".
