Dealer - Purveyor
Here's a drop point hunter that I will be taking to the show in Missoula Friday. This is my first experience with koa and I'm liking it a lot. This piece has a TON of figure, curl and chatoyance that, as many others have noted, you can't catch in a picture.
Specs:
Hand-forged from 1084
8 3/4" overall, 4" blade .190" thick at the ricasso
Heavily rounded spine and ricasso edge for comfort
German silver guard and spacer
Coined spacer collar
Curly Koa handle
Held together with a hidden bolt on the butt end. I didn't want to put a pin in the koa.
