I'm going to Blade Show!!!!

My wife did a good job of talking me into Blade show this year. When she heard Blade was in Cobb Galleria, she says "Honey, you really need to go to Blade Show, I'm sure you'll enjoy it very much". I thought that was very nice of her, and told her so. I said I'd share a room with a couple of buddies to save money on the room...... "NO!!!" she says, "I want to see Blade also.... and do some shopping in the Galleria while you stay in Blade".

OK, I need help here - how do I get her to leave her credit cards with me while she's in the Galleria????? My wife in the Galleria with credit cards - that's scary!!!

You have a good wife to even want to go to Blade. Give her one credit card, you can have it paid off by next years Blade Show.

As Bruce pointed out she is a good wife to support you in knife making! Let her has some fun too!
Just hope you sell out at your table to cover her shopping bill. LOL
 
Make an agreement that you each spend equal amounts and hope she sets the bar high.

Payback? That's another story.

Took my girlfriend to Little Rock Show last year, and we are going again this year.
Spent more money on rooms, food, and some hops and old grapes, than on knives! Big Fun!

Good comments and good spirits. I'm not taking any knives to sell. My wife and a couple of friends have pushed for me to make some to sell, but I'm RETIRED!!!! If I was wanting to make money, I'd go build another chemical plant - LOTS more pennies in engineering than knife making - for me anyway. I've sold a few, and will sell a few more - it always makes me feel good when someone says "Hey, I LIKE that knife - I want to buy it!" Selling is NOT my main focus - I'll leave that to ya'll youngsters who depend on knifes for a livelihood. I'm just having fun.

Agree to spend equal amounts of money? Hey, I like that!!! Well, until it came time to pay the bills.
