Is this all burls?

Hey everyone. I was out for a drive today and noticed this tree.....

Is it all full of Burls?



Any help would be grrrrrrrreat!

I'd say small ones. Hard to say how deep they go. I'd expect a lot of bark inclusions in the small ones on the surface. I sure would want to get a (big) piece of it and have a look.
