Kirby Lambert Blitz vs Olamic Wayfarer

Hi all

I'm seriously torn between these two beauties (no I can't get both!). Is there anyone out there who can offer an opinion or comparison?

I'm trying to figure whether the price difference between the two is justified.

So far the Wayfarers are looking at about $850 (I have to factor in 30% import tax to get to the UK) and I've found one Blitz going for about $1400.

I'm leaning toward the Lambert, Kirby has a MASTERS touch! And if the one pictured is the
the one your buying, far as I'm concerned case closed! BUT!

The way I would do it, being these REALLY aren't using knives, I'd look at them based on their
ability to appreciate AND the cost, being that the cost between the 2 is so wide, the cheaper of
the 2 has more potential for a return.

BUT! I'm a Lambert fan, I've always loved his knives, they all seem like, to me, my favorite,
errrr, ALL OF THEM! I've never seen one that I didn't love! If I could afford them, I'd have
2 of each! 1 of each for the safe, the others would be on rotation.

Does anyone know the correct tool & technique to sharpen these types?
